Fundraising Events

Parkinson Association of Alberta hosts many fundraising events throughout the year.  Through our fundraising efforts, we raise the funds necessary to continue offering the highest quality of direct Parkinson's support services, programming, education and information for Albertans.  Fundraising also allows us to make valuable contributions to research into treatments, a cause, and hopefully, a cure for Parkinson disease.

Our current fundraising events are listed below in chronological order.  Unless otherwise indicated, please contact 780-425-6400 for more information.

Petals for Parkinson's

March 19-25
We are excited to announce the start of our annual Petals for Parkinson's Tulip Campaign beginning this March. This year Parkinson Association of Alberta will be selling tulips grown in Canada by the experts at Burnaby Lake Greenhouses for just $8. The Red Parrot tulips come in red-wrapped pots and can be planted in the fall to bloom the following spring. Proceeds from this campaign will help to ensure that Parkinson Association of Alberta can continue to provide support and services to Albertans living with Parkinson disease and their loved ones.
